We have three cottages: Parkside which has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests, The Cottage which has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 guests, and The Lock Keepers Cottage which has 3 double bedrooms all with en suites and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The Cottage
The perfect getaway for small family retreats or couples looking for a romantic break. Situated at Dochgarroch Lock, approximately 4 miles from Inverness City and a stone’s throw away from the Caledonian Canal. We are a one-minute walk from the An Talla shop and the Dochgarroch boat departure point.
This picturesque cottage is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a separated dining area with a sofa bed. We can provide an additional fold-out bed, if required. There is also a large back porch perfect for storing sports / outdoor equipment. Towels and bed linen are offered. EV charging is available at The Cottage.
The Lock Keepers
On the banks of the Caledonian Canal, The Lock Keepers Cottage is bright, unique and utterly charming. It is the perfect gathering place to explore the Highlands of Scotland. The Lock Keepers Cottage is situated at Dochgarroch Lock, 4 miles out of Inverness, and benefits from a wonderful location – only a few minutes walk to the Caledonian Canal and close to Loch Ness. We are a one-minute walk from the An Talla shop and the Dochgarroch boat departure point.
Split over two stories, the cottage comes with an open-plan living and kitchen area, with a wood-burning stove. This sociable house is perfect for celebrations or family gatherings. It is equipped with 3 large bedrooms, all en suite, with a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. Towels and bed linen are offered. EV charging is also available at The Lock Keepers Cottage.
Parkside
Perfect to accommodate celebrations or family gatherings, the Parkside Cottage is bright and picturesque. With three cozy bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps six, making it ideal for larger groups. Plus, it's pet-friendly, ensuring no family member gets left behind. Parkside also benefits from having an EV charge point. Nestled close to the tranquil waters of the Caledonian Canal, it provides the perfect base to explore the mysteries of Loch Ness and the breathtaking landscapes of the Highlands of Scotland.
