We certainly do. Jacobite cruises and tours are an all year attraction. There are just two days you won't find us out on the loch - Christmas and New Year's day. And because Urquhart Castle is closed on Boxing Day a number of our tours don't run then either. The only thing that can occasionally put a complete stop to things is the weather.
If you need wheelchair access. the ideal tour for you is the Reflection cruise on the Jacobite Queen. This tour has good access for wheelchair users but please note that to reach the toilet or snack bar involves some fairly steep steps. Cruises from the Clansman harbour are not suitable for wheelchair access. There are a number of steps and a steep hill with uneven ground leading to the cruise departure point and then another steep hill when you disembark at Urquhart Castle.
Our cruises and tours sell out fast. Be sure of a place on your chosen tour by beating the queues and booking in advance online or by phone. Reservations can be made by phone using a credit or debit card. You can also book tickets via our secure
online booking system for any time other than the day of departure itself. If your group is larger than 12 people please call us on +44 (0)1463 233999
Bad weather - especially high winds - means that sometimes we have to cancel cruises. If this happens, we make sure you get a full refund or transfer your tickets to a cruise on another day.
Our cruises go as far as Urquhart Castle near Drumnadrochit. This is approximately half way down Loch Ness

As you are no doubt aware, the weather in the Scottish Highlands can be changeable, even in the summer months. We would therefore recommend that you take a variety of layers. Please remember that each of our vessels has a covered and heated area for your comfort.
We have options for both cruises and tours with morning and afternoon departures. You can choose from a 1, 2 or 3 hour cruise on Loch Ness, or a coach and cruise tour of 2.5, 3, 3.5 or 6.5 hours that incorporate visits to either Urquhart Castle, the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre, or both. In winter we offer a slightly reduced programme.
By Car: from Inverness, Clansman Harbour is 9 miles from the outskirts of Inverness on the main A82 and 4 miles north of Drumnadrochit if approaching from Fort William.
